We’re looking for our next Senior Associate of Accounting & Tax to join our smart and seriously fun team. In this role, you’ll reconcile bank and general ledger accounts, deliver accurate monthly financials, review team members’ work, assist in training new hires, and help prepare tax returns during busy season. Are you an accounting professional who loves working directly and (frequently!) with clients? The Senior Associate of Accounting & Client Onboarding plays an integral role in welcoming our new clients to the firm and ensuring they are set-up for success right from the get-go. You’ll learn their story, establish accurate opening balance sheets and/or clean up their existing books, and educate them (in non-technical terms) on Journey’s accounting process. If you have 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience and love teaching people the basic ins and outs of accounting, we would love to connect.
