What services do you provide?

Your Journey team can assist you with accounting, tax and advisory services. This includes tax preparation, balancing your books and advice on business decisions both large and small. For more detail, visit our Services page.

How do I decide whether an accounting/tax/financial partner is right for me?
A.
Evaluate the firm based on what’s most important to you in this sort of relationship. Here are a few suggestions of things to keep in mind: Competence, accuracy, friendliness and reliability. Relying on a recommendation from a trusted friend, family member or colleague is an excellent way to judge these traits.

What is the process for working with Journey?
A.
Our standard approach is to have an introductory call so we’re able to properly understand your situation. This helps us determine if we would be a good fit together. From there, we clarify the scope and send a proposal/engagement letter for you to execute. Then we begin the onboarding process with you and provide detailed instructions on next steps.
As a Journey client, you’ll have multiple points of contact. You’ll always have a go-to person, and work with a CPA, but you can rely on our whole team for answers and support.

How much do you charge for your services?
A.
Our prices vary by client need, but we’ll charge a flat fee for our work — no additional hidden costs or add-ons. We do not have minimum contract terms or other provisions.

Do you offer flexible appointments like phone calls or virtual meetings?
A.
Yes! You can meet with our team however you’d like, whether that’s in person, on the phone or via video call.

Journey can assist you with one-time, annual or quarterly clean-ups, in addition to our monthly services.

Do you provide any client training?
A.
Yes! We’re occasionally asked to train our clients’ staff members, and we’re always open to those conversations.

Do you offer any fractional CFO services?
A.
Fractional CFO is not among our core services, but we frequently offer CFO-level services on a temporary basis.
