How do I make a reservation?
A.
After signing your engagement letter, you’ll receive a link to our scheduling page via email. It will also appear on the “Next Steps” screen. If you don’t receive it, contact us at tax@journeycpas.com or call 630-410-1245. Refer to the detailed Step by Step process for more information.

What documents do you need from me?
A.
Since this varies significantly from client to client, we ask that you always start by completing the Tax Organizer we send you via your secure private portal. It takes about 15 minutes and ensures we gather everything needed for an accurate return. Additionally, we recommend you review your prior years’ tax returns to see what you submitted in the past.
Q.
What if I’m still missing a document at the time of my reservation date?
A.
Upload what you have and leave a note in the Comments section detailing exactly what’s missing and when you expect it. If it’s just one or two items, we may proceed and update later. If more are missing, we may need you to reschedule.
